• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During sales, festive seasons, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 4–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to their policy.
